243 Garden, Palm Beach

Wonderful Palm Beach cottage on a 14,029 SF lot on Garden Road, one of the most coveted streets on the north end. Steeped in European history and 1930s and 1940s rattan décor, the home has a wonderful history of dining al fresco for casual, relaxed lunches and dinners. Garden Road has Lake Trail access on the west end of the street and shared deeded and coded beach access at the east end of Eden Road. It also features a 2-car air-conditioned rear garage with a 4-car driveway off the Laurian Lane privacy road. Whether you long for the simplicity and relaxed comfort of a Palm Beach cottage or wish to build your approximately 5,200 Sf dream house, this opportunity shouldnt be missed.
